Return & Exchange

At Per Home, we want you to truly love every piece you bring into your home, and we aim to make your experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted. Additionally, any customized or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, simply contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp with your order details, and our team will guide you through the process. All items will be inspected upon return before approval.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or not as ordered.
